Section 704.5667 - Resource plan: Forecasts; inconsistent water sources; changes in methodology of forecasting

If the utility's forecast includes water from a water source that may not be available at a consistent level of use because of specific legal, environmental, water quality or climatic factors, the utility shall describe its plans to supplement or replace that water source, to the extent practicable, with alternative water sources or measures to manage the demand for water.

6. Any change in the methodology of forecasting used by the utility from the methodology used in the utility's previous resource plan must be identified in the current resource plan of the utility.
