Section 704.634 - Commission to provide approved budget estimate

The Commission will include with the approval of a request submitted by a large utility pursuant to subsection 1 of NAC 704.6339 or an application submitted by a utility pursuant to subsection 2 of NAC 704.6339 an approved budget estimate for the eligible project.
