RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF CUSTOMERS OF CERTAIN TELECOMMUNICATION PROVIDERS
Section 704.4051 - Dissemination of information concerning customers

Except for information contained in its telephone directory list, a utility may not provide any information concerning its customers to any person for commercial purposes without the approval of the Commission. Nothing in this section shall be deemed to preclude a utility from providing any person, including any other utility or telecommunication provider, with information necessary to provide utility services.
