RESOURCE PLANNING AND ENERGY CONSERVATION FOR CERTAIN NATURAL GAS UTILITIES

"Gas year" means the yearly period used by a utility in its planning process. The period may be a 1-year period beginning November 1 and ending October 31 of the subsequent calendar year, or another yearly period determined by the utility.
