RESOURCE PLANNING AND ENERGY CONSERVATION FOR CERTAIN NATURAL GAS UTILITIES

Section 704.9557 - "Forecast period" defined

"Forecast period" means the 3 gas-year period beginning with the gas year immediately following the gas year in which:
1. The informational report is filed; or
2. The resource plan is filed.
