REGULATIONS CONCERNING CERTAIN TELECOMMUNICATION SERVICES

As used in NAC 704.4244 to 704.42478, inclusive, "promotional service" means a service that is offered by a small-scale provider of last resort to its customers:
1. For a limited time only; or
2. At a specific price for a limited time only.
