RECOVERY OF VARIABLE INTEREST EXPENSE OR DIVIDENDS
Section 704.215 - "Weighted average variable interest or dividend rate" defined

"Weighted average variable interest or dividend rate" means the weighted average of the rates over the 12-month test period for all outstanding variable rate securities issued by the utility and included in the Nevada jurisdictional capital structure, as approved in the last general rate case or other proceeding if stipulated by the parties and accepted by the Commission.
