Section 704.008835 - "Telecommunication provider" and "telephone company" defined

"Telecommunication provider" or "telephone company" means any person required to obtain from the Commission a certificate of public convenience and necessity pursuant to NRS 704.330 to provide telecommunication service. The term does not include hotels, motels, hospitals or other aggregators of telecommunication service for transient customers.
