ENERGY UTILITIES: AUTHORIZATION OF MERGERS, ACQUISITIONS OR CHANGES IN CONTROL

"Applicant" means a person seeking to merge with, acquire through a subsidiary or affiliate, or otherwise directly or indirectly obtain control of an energy utility doing business in this State or of an entity that holds a controlling interest in such an energy utility that has submitted an application to the Commission pursuant to NRS 704.329 and NAC 704.79971 to 704.79991, inclusive.
