Section 704.9005 - Definitions: Terms used in regulation or resource plan

As used in NAC 704.9005 to 704.9525, inclusive, and sections 2, 3 and 4, and when used in a utility's resource plan, unless the context otherwise requires, the words and terms defined in NAC 704.9006 to 704.9173, inclusive, have the meanings ascribed to them in those sections.
