CURTAILMENT OF DISTRIBUTION OF NATURAL GAS
Section 704.491 - "Interruptible requirement" defined

"Interruptible requirement" means a customer's requirement for natural gas where the gas is to be provided pursuant to a schedule or contract under which:
1. The utility is not expressly obligated to deliver specific volumes within a given period; and
2. The parties anticipate interruption of service and the utility is permitted to interrupt the service on short notice.
