Section 704.7982 - Rate application: Statement regarding deviations from replacement projects approved in advance application

After the Commission has acted upon an advance application, a gas utility may deviate from one or more replacement projects approved by the Commission in the advance application if such deviation does not result in a change of more than 20 percent in the total estimated costs of the replacement projects approved by the Commission in the underlying advance application. For any such deviation, a gas utility shall provide a statement with the rate application explaining why the deviation is in the public interest.
