The provisions set forth in NAC 704.796 to 704.7985, inclusive, apply to any public utility that operates a natural gas system. The Commission may, upon the request of a public utility that operates a liquid petroleum gas system and for good cause shown, apply the provisions set forth in NAC 704.796 to 704.7985, inclusive, to such utility.
