"Gas infrastructure replacement regulatory asset account" or "regulatory asset account" means an account in which a gas utility records the gas infrastructure replacement project revenue requirement for one or more new gas infrastructure replacement projects, less the revenue the utility receives from the gas infrastructure replacement rate.
