1. The Commission hereby adopts by reference:
(a) The operator services for prison inmate phones standards of the Federal Communications Commission, 47 C.F.R. §
64.710, and all definitions applicable to that section; and
(b) Any amendments made to those standards and definitions by the Federal Communications Commission.
2. The provisions of 47 C.F.R. §
64.710 may be purchased by mail from the Superintendent of Documents, U.S. Government Printing Office, P.O.
