The Commission may, upon its own motion or upon receipt of a complaint filed by any person, revoke the designation of a provider of telecommunication service as an eligible telecommunications carrier if the Commission determines, after investigation and a hearing, that the provider of telecommunication service has failed to meet the requirements set forth in NAC 704.680461 or 47 C.F.R. Part 54.
