Section 703.667 - Objection by Commissioner to designation as presiding officer

If the Commissioner designated by the Chair to preside over a hearing objects to the designation and the Chair does not appoint a hearing officer to preside over the hearing in lieu of the Commissioner, the Commission will hear the matter and issue a decision thereon.
