Section 703.641 - Dismissal of complaint

If the Commission determines that no probable cause exists for a complaint received by the Division of Consumer Complaint Resolution or if the complaint has been settled and the Commission has received notice of the settlement, the Commission will dismiss the complaint. A copy of the Commission's minute entry showing its dismissal of the complaint and a short statement of its reasons for dismissal will be served upon the complainant and respondent.
