Statements of Expected Changes in Circumstances
Section 703.2791 - Identification and analysis of each specific event or program proposed as expected change in circumstances

An application for a change in rates which includes a statement of expected changes in circumstances pursuant to subsection 4 of NRS 704.110 must clearly and separately identify each specific event or program proposed as an expected change in circumstances. For each event or program, the application must include a separate and specific analysis explaining, in sufficient detail to satisfy the applicant's burden of proof, the manner in which each such event or program meets each of the criteria set forth in subsection 4 of NRS 704.110.
