The provisions of NAC 703.280 to 703.296, inclusive, apply to any request or petition submitted to the Commission pursuant to sections 251 and 252 of the Telecommunications Act of 1996, Public Law No. 104-104, 110 Stat. 56 (47 U.S.C. §§ 251 and 252).
