Section 703.415 - Applicability

The provisions of NAC 703.415 to 703.427, inclusive, apply to an application for a permit to construct a utility facility as defined in NRS 704.860. The requirements of NAC 703.415 to 703.427, inclusive, are in addition to other regulations pertaining to pleadings.
