Schedule K-1 is a schedule that shows the segregation of expenses for operations and maintenance, and their functional groupings into a component for labor and a component embracing the remainder of the expenses. This segregation into components must be applicable to the recorded accounts balances for the year of testing and to any adjustments thereto.
