Section 703.199 - Annual requirements for water and wastewater utilities

After obtaining an initial certificate of public convenience and necessity to begin operations as a public utility, a water or wastewater utility shall submit, with its annual report filed with the Commission pursuant to NRS 703.191, information showing that the conditions set forth in subsections 3 to 6, inclusive, of NRS 445A.540 or subsections 4, 5, 6 and 8 of NRS 445A.895 have been met.
