Section 703.197 - Specific requirements for annexations by existing water and wastewater utilities

In the case of an annexation by an existing water or wastewater utility, in addition to all other applicable requirements of NAC 703.175, an application for a certificate of public convenience and necessity must include:
1. The information required by NAC 703.190 or 703.195, as it pertains to the service area to be annexed; and
2. The anticipated effect, if any, that the annexation will have on the ability of the utility to provide reasonable and adequate service and facilities to its existing customers.
