Section 703.180 - Specific requirements for small-scale providers of last resort that are not competitive suppliers

In the case of a small-scale provider of last resort that is not a competitive supplier, in addition to all other applicable requirements of NAC 703.175, an application must include the estimated number of customers and the estimated revenue to be recovered from those customers by the small-scale provider of last resort for the first 5 years of operation.
