Section 703.2725 - Statements to be filed with application; index

The statements prescribed under NAC 703.276 to 703.2775, inclusive, must be filed with the Commission simultaneously with the application. An index of these statements must also accompany the application. This index must indicate which statements are supported by workpapers prepared by the applicant.
