Section 701B.087 - "Public entity" defined

"Public entity" means a category of host customer that is:

1. A department or agency of a state or local government;

2. A public school district;

3. An institute of higher education that is part of the Nevada System of Higher Education;

4. An Indian tribe or tribal organization; or

5. A corporation for public benefit.
