Section 701B.152 - Utility to publish quarterly report of average installed cost for certain systems; report to serve as basis for calculating cap on individual incentive amounts

A utility shall publish on a quarterly basis and make available to prospective applicants a report of the average installed cost of a solar energy system installed in each quarter of the immediately preceding 12-month period. The utility shall provide such costs for systems with a capacity of not more than 25 kilowatts and for systems with a capacity of more than 25 kilowatts but less than 500 kilowatts. The average cost during each quarter will serve as the basis for calculating the cap on the individual incentive amounts issued during the next subsequent quarter pursuant to subsections 3 and 4 of NAC 701B.150.
