Section 695C.300 - Requirements for conducting examination

Each examination of an organization, including one made pursuant to NRS 695C.310 or NAC 695C.325, must be conducted in accordance with the requirements found in the handbooks and manuals adopted by reference in NAC 679B.033 and the provisions of NRS 679B.250 to 679B.300, inclusive.
