An organization shall take all reasonable measures to provide the Commissioner with access to the books and records of any delivery system intermediary with which it contracts for the provision of health care services, to the same extent the Commissioner is given access to the books and records of the organization pursuant to title 57 of NRS. The organization shall pay the costs incurred by the Commissioner to examine the books and records of a delivery system intermediary.
