Section 693A.350 - Certain interests

A brief description of any substantial interest, direct or indirect, in the form of security holdings or otherwise, held by any director, nominee for election as director, officer and, if the solicitation is made other than on behalf of management, each person on whose behalf the solicitation is made. The description is required unless no matters other than elections to office are to be acted upon.
