PROXY AND INFORMATION STATEMENTS
Section 693A.320 - Revocability

Each statement must state whether or not the person giving the proxy has the power to revoke it. If the right to revoke the proxy before it is exercised is limited or is subject to compliance with any formal procedure, a brief description of the limitation or procedure must be included.
