Section 693A.250 - Annual reports

Two copies of any portion of the annual report referred to in subsection 2 of NAC 693A.150 which comments upon or refers to any solicitation subject to this section, or to any participant in any such solicitation, other than the solicitation by the management, must be filed with the Commissioner of Insurance, as proxy material subject to NAC 693A.010 to 693A.560, inclusive. This portion of the report must be filed with the Commissioner in preliminary form at least 5 business days before the date on which copies of the report are first sent or given to security holders.
