Section 693A.190 - Undated or postdated proxies

No person making a solicitation subject to NAC 693A.010 to 693A.560, inclusive, may solicit any undated or postdated proxy, or any proxy which provides that it will be deemed to be dated after the date on which it is signed by the security holder.
