Section 690B.310 - Required warning for policies not including bodily injury and property damage liability coverages

Each insurance company which issues an automobile policy on a risk located or garaged in Nevada which does not include bodily injury liability insurance and property damage liability insurance will , when the policy is issued, include a notice, prominently displayed on the declarations page, which is worded substantially as follows:

"This is a limited policy which does not provide automobile bodily injury liability insurance or property damage liability insurance which are required to satisfy the financial responsibility laws of Nevada or any state."
