Section 688C.190 - Disclosures when insured is minor child

If the insured of a policy that is the subject of a viatical settlement is a minor child, disclosures made to the parents or guardians of the minor child must satisfy any disclosures required pursuant to this chapter or chapter 688C of NRS.
