Section 687B.0845 - Required statement as to whether contract intended to be qualified long-term care insurance contract under federal provisions

1. A qualified long-term care insurance contract must include a disclosure statement in the qualified long-term care insurance contract and in the outline of coverage that the qualified long-term care insurance contract is intended to be a qualified long-term care insurance contract under 26 U.S.C. § 7702 B(b).

2. A long-term care insurance contract that is not a qualified long-term care insurance contract must include a disclosure statement in the long-term care insurance contract and in the outline of coverage that the long-term care insurance contract is not intended to be a qualified long-term care insurance contract under 26 U.S.C. § 7702 B(b).
