Section 687B.068 - Right to copy of application or enrollment form

An insurer shall deliver a copy of the completed application or enrollment form, whichever is applicable, to the insured no later than at the time of delivery of the long-term care insurance contract or certificate unless a copy is retained by the applicant at the time of application.
