Section 686B.395 - Penalties for failure to file information

Failure to file the information required by NAC 686B.300 to 686B.390, inclusive, pursuant to the statistical plan adopted by the Commissioner may result in the imposition of the penalties prescribed by NRS 679B.460, 680A.200 or 680A.280.
