REPORTING FINANCIAL AND STATISTICAL DATA
Section 686B.390 - Permission for late submission of reports or data

Upon application by a statistical agent or an insurer, the Commissioner may allow the submission of a report or statistical data on a date which is later than that required by NAC 686B.300 to 686B.380, inclusive, if the submission of the report or data on the date required would create a substantial hardship to the statistical agent or insurer.
