Section 686B.380 - Statistical reports: Submission of fast track reports to Commissioner

Statistical agents shall provide fast track reports to the Commissioner within 60 days after the close of the calendar quarter for private passenger motor vehicle insurance and homeowners insurance. Fast track reports for other types of insurance must be provided within 75 days after the close of the calendar quarter.
