Section 686B.361 - Statistical reports: Submission of information to statistical agents

Each insurer licensed to transact the business of property and casualty insurance in this State shall report statistical information regarding its experience to at least one of the statistical agents designated by the Commissioner. The information must be submitted in the form prescribed by NAC 686B.365 to 686B.380, inclusive, and specified in the statistical plans adopted by the Commissioner.
