Section 686B.502 - Requirements for filing for increase or decrease in rates: Supplemental personal liability insurance

A filing for an increase or decrease in rates for supplemental personal liability insurance must:
1. Identify the largest theoretical rate increase proposed by the filing; and
2. Identify the components of the rate increase.
