Section 684A.240 - Submission of false or fraudulent certificate of completion grounds for refusal to issue, suspend or revoke license

The Commissioner will refuse to issue a license as an adjuster to, or will suspend or revoke the license of, any person who knowingly submits to the Commissioner a false or fraudulent certificate of completion of a course of instruction.
