Section 684A.200 - Requirements for completion of course of instruction

In addition to the requirements of chapter 684A of NRS, an applicant for a license as an adjuster or an associate adjuster must complete a course of instruction approved by the Commissioner or a designated representative for the line of insurance for which the applicant is applying. The course must have been completed within 2 years immediately preceding the date of the application for the license.
