Section 683A.165 - Administrator of self-insurance reserve fund

An administrator of a self-insurance reserve fund pursuant to paragraph (c) of subsection 1 of NRS 287.010:
1. If it is a corporation, shall submit to the Division to establish that it is a resident of Nevada, evidence that it has:
(a) Its principal place of business in
Nevada;
(b) Been qualified to do
business in Nevada by the Secretary of State; or
(c) Articles of incorporation which authorize
it to transact business in Nevada.
2. Shall keep all books and records relating to the plan in Nevada.
