NAC 681B.300 to 681B.330, inclusive, do not authorize the assumption of reinsurance under Title 57 of NRS by an insurer for home protection other than a casualty insurer, a fraternal benefit society, a health maintenance organization, a plan for dental care, a corporation for hospital, medical or dental service, or a prepaid limited health service organization.
