Section 677.110 - "Paid-up and unimpaired capital and unimpaired surplus" defined

"Paid-up and unimpaired capital and unimpaired surplus" as used in subsection 1 of NRS 677.620 means the sum of capital stock, capital surplus and undivided profits, so long as this total does not fall below that required by NRS 677.210.
