Section 676A.060 - Adoption of base year for adjustment of dollar amounts

1. Pursuant to subsection 6 of NRS 676A.730, the year 2010 is hereby adopted for the purposes of adjusting dollar amounts pursuant to that subsection.
2. The Commissioner will:
(a) Post the dollar amounts for each year on
the Internet; and
(b) Make the
dollar amounts available in print form upon request.
