Section 671.080 - Revocation, suspension or refusal to renew license

The Commissioner may revoke, suspend or refuse to renew a license in accordance with NRS 671.180 if a licensee violates any provision of this chapter or chapter 671 of NRS, including, without limitation, a provision that imposes a fee or assessment on a licensee.
